Located by Bankova str. 10, the house used to be home for the architect that he built for himself
Concrete was a new material for that time, so for an owner of one of the first concrete factories in Kyiv it was important to show the public how reliable and easy in use the new material is. Therefore he offered Horodecki to use material of his factory for free. This is how the whole and all its decorations ended up being built out of concrete
Nowadays Office of the President of Ukraine is located right across the House of Chimaeras
